While it could have been just me, I did not find that the "chat" feature was explained. I didn't have it, but the speaker thought we may be able to see others comments. I googled it and saw that attendees don't have a chat feature, only a questions option, so I stopped trying to troubleshoot. Great course, my only suggestion would be to include the attendees more as I appreciate collaboration as well.

Seminar was a little expensive for the amount of time given on the webinar. I could understand if this was in person but for being online it should be cheaper.

She had some really good ideas of how to be a better leader that I can use in my everyday life that I did not think about. Also mentioned topics like emotional intelligence which is something I have been working on so it was good to see these to items tied together
