Unfortunately I thought this webinar would have had a lot more "meat" to it. I felt the materials were basic and fundamental, maybe meant for someone more green in an administrative role. Would have loved to see different material that challenged the topic of leadership in an administrative role and gave new ideas to someone more senior and with more experience.

I have been a minute taker for several years for an Association Management company. This was a beginners webinar, not advanced. I did not learn anything that I already did not know. I hate to give such negative feedback but i was highly disappointed in this webinar.
