I have been a supervisor for years and I learned a lot of different ideas to help in management. One thing that I have always been is a positive leader and never forget to say please or thank you. I have an amazing staff and appreciate them very much. Without them I could not be the Supervisor I am today.

The individual presenting was VERY engaging to be going through a simple slideshow and speaking. Potential improvement a little more information on slides for taking notes as the hour does go by quickly.
