No idea how to answer #8 - didn't know what the schedule was. for #3 - program materials were not needed and did not completely correlate to the training, but the information contained in them is good for a reference.

Initially, the presenter had the active part of the screen too small to see clearly. The active part only took up about 1/4 of the screen. I had to ask him to zoom in so it was more visible. That helped.
