My only complaint was that there were working files used in the class that were not provided. It was mentioned that these should have been sent by email because the number of files in the webinar platform is limited, but even though I received multiple email reminders daily none had files attached.

I like the way the training is structured to be straight forward and easy to follow with a knowledgeable instructor. He probably could have shaved off ½ hour, although I think they include that for attendees questions. Maybe a one hour session would have been long enough. ?

The presenter was knowledgeable enough, but I had difficulty following along because we didn't always have the worksheets. Also, time wasted explaining "why" and not enough time spent explaining "how".
