Pamela is a great speaker. I think it would be helpful to send out a transcript of the presentation since the pdf of the PowerPoint representation doesn't have enough information to be self explanatory when reviewing the material later.

I have been a supervisor for years and I learned a lot of different ideas to help in management. One thing that I have always been is a positive leader and never forget to say please or thank you.
