This was a very helpful session. It was a great reminder to slow down when situations come up and assess what emotion I am actually feeling. Especially moving into the holidays and busy times in the office.

The anger management class was very well structured and easily digestible. The slides were good at breaking down chucks and concepts, and said enough but not too much, so as to encourage taking notes. Some of the material was spot on from what a family member of mine was told in therapy, and was presented in a way that was very adaptable to putting in action. I would highly recommend this webinar!
