Excellent material. One minor suggestion: a little less time spent in the beginning re: the brain's reaction to change. We were about 15 minutes in before getting into the subject. Other than that the program was paced very well with a lot of valuable information. Loved the leadership quadrant diagram.

Working in an office that is responsible for addressing student behavior, general customer service and often providing information that people are not happy to hear, we handle a lot of situations that are stressful and involve a higher level of pressure.
