I was bummed in the training due to prior "On Demand" Webinars that I had taken before this training. The material that I heard had been something I had already heard prior. I believe I got most of the info from the training "Assertive Communication." they blended together. I Loved the "Assertive Communication" training though! really good stuff. I just thought I would of learned new things from the Admin Advantage training.
