Compensation structures are the backbone of a successful talent management strategy. At least once a year, it’s critical for compensation professionals to reassess pay ranges, evaluate internal equity, and consider enhancements such as re-ranking jobs or adding variable pay. These updates ensure alignment with market expectations and organizational goals, and they help retain top talent while maximizing productivity.

This webinar will guide you through the foundational steps of establishing and refining pay grade structures. Whether you're rewarding time, knowledge, skills, or competencies, properly determining job grades is essential for achieving an equitable and competitive compensation system. Join our seasoned compensation expert and learn how to fit the pieces of the total rewards puzzle together for long-term success.

This was just not what I was expecting. It was hard to follow from the speaker with examples about London.

Tone of presenter was pretty flat so about 45 minutes in it got hard to pay attention. But the last part was the real substance.

I left the training feeling like I learned nothing. When this stated that you could learn to build this from scratch it would teach basic fundamentals. This was a 500 professor who did not break things down well. Left more confused.

I found there was a gap for me when it came to where to start with assigning point factors, but the presenter did say that it was more of an art, not a science (my words) as it relates to our individual companies and culture.
