Process Mapping: Process mapping is the graphical representation with illustrative descriptions. Process maps provide insight into a process, help teams brainstorm ideas for process improvement, increase communication and provide process documentation. Process mapping will identify bottlenecks, repetition, and delays. Business process mapping refers to activities involved in defining what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a business process should be completed, and how the success of a business process can be determined.
Project Charter: A project charter is a short document that outlines a project's key details, including its objectives, scope, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Project Management: is the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience to achieve specific project objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within agreed parameters.
Project Scope: Project scope is a detailed outline of all the tasks, resources, and deliverables required to complete a project. It also defines the project's boundaries, timelines, and stakeholders.
Risk Management: is the process of identifying, understanding, and grading risks so they can be better managed and mitigated.
Vendor: A vendor is a person or business that supplies goods or services to a company. Another term for the vendor is the supplier. In many situations, a company presents the vendor with a purchase order stating the goods or services needed, the price, delivery date, and other terms.
