Great content, could easily use 2 more hours to delve into topics the more. Great energy from the presenter, particularly for a webinar format. Good high level overview, but more of a whirlwind presentation introducing the topic. For the staff members in our group that are truly new to supervising, it seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed. Having been exposed to many of the concepts before myself, I think it worked better as a refresher than for someone being hit with these ideas for the first time.

I viewed the presentation more as a business plug for PamelaJett.com. I believe Ms. Jett mentioned her business and in person conferences upwards of five times. I believe the content was very scattered and could be more condensed for a one hour webinar. The questions seemed to be predetermined which allowed for prepared answers. I thought this was a beneficial webinar but has room for improvement.
