I didn't realize this was essentially a beginner's course. There were a number of things shown that I wouldn't do, since I don't automate my emails and have to really read everything I get to assess if I need to do something or redirect it. Much of what was presented/most of the information was already known to me or it was not relevant to the work that I do.

The outline for presentation and what happened in the presentation not the same. I felt that it had great information presented but not on the same page as the presenter when started. Lots of questions at the end of the presentation. I will definitely need to go back and re watch the presentation. I think the presentation should have been broken up more . In other words more training on in and outs of outlook.

The presenter went way too fast, it was obvious that she knew where everything was but didn't allow for us to acclimate where she was. She also spoke too fast. We didn't know that we needed Office 365 to use the functions, which I don't have. Bummer of a class!

I left the training after about 5-10 minutes. The instructor was not sharing the correct screen so we couldn't see anything she was doing. I sent two messages via the q&A box and used the "raise hand" option but neither worked to get her attention.
