The presenter was professional & informative. She touched on all the right points and offered additional information when asked. The session was on AI which I am just starting to get into. Would love to see future classes on specific topics rather than the broad overview we had. Great session! At first, it made me nervous as an EA that AI was going to eliminate my job, but Melissa did a fantastic job of showing the group how to leverage AI to be BETTER at your job. Very useful information. Can't wait to implement.
