This course emphasizes the positive aspects of using PIPs and disciplinary action as tools for employee retention by focusing on development and growth.

The presenter didn’t leave enough time for questions and answers. Overall the information was helpful new managers/supervisors. The information could be used to create an entry level training for new managers/supervisors.

I highly recommend this training to all new and tenured Supervisors. Presenter hit all topics of concern for a new supervisor, and her examples are realistic issues in the workplace. A very good training and had very helpful tips to refer back to!
