I thought this was more of a beginners class so it did not cover some things I was interested in but I plan on taking the Outlook 101 course which is probably more what I was looking for. However I was pleased with what she did present as some of it was new and useful to me. At the same time the issue with her monitor showing a screen too small to read needs to be addressed. we were 40 mins into the presentation before we had a readable screen.

I don't feel a half hour needs to be allotted to both "rules" and "quick steps". That was way too long and it lost my interest for the rest of the presentation. I was very much looking forward to learning new tips and tricks but I don't feel my learning objectives were met.
