I truly feel that all I have to show for my institutions $199.00 investment in my position is a cartoonish chart sent to me via text message. This was billed as a technique, not tactic-driven course. I would love to speak to someone regarding a refund. Partial or otherwise. Very disappointed, despite the instructor's obvious knowledge and skillset.

2.5 hours is a long training. I wonder if having the presenter on screen or having more interactive elements in the comments, etc., could have made it a little more engaging. I did find my mind wandering.

I quit the training early because I was getting nothing out of it. I would like to make a suggestion with the wording that the presenter used. She kept saying the phrase 'no should' and it sounded like 'no sh*t'. A coworker walked in when presenter said it and I was asked why someone was cursing. It comes off as very offensive to the audience even though I'm certain it is not intended.

Great program! Love the energy! If truly interested in feedback, then I would say - I would like it best if next time the presenter slowed down a bit talking (or if we could modify the video speed), and limited the stories a bit toward a 2 hour program versus 2.5 hours. The subject matter is excellent.
