How do you know how well your suppliers are doing? Most responses present a subjective view. It is akin to throwing darts—sometimes you are close, but most times you are "off target".

You need a tool that will provide an objective, quantitative visibility of what suppliers are doing. I have listened to several purchasing webinars by this same presenter and his presentation is very well organized. I feel that with this topic he needs to spend a little more time laying the ground work explaining and defining terms. Also I don't understand the purpose of the poll questions. To me it seems like an infomercial. If asking questions is the way to make sure people attend the whole webinar then please make the questions topic related.

I think it would be nice for the poll questions to be like a pre-test for the information being presented or interesting facts about the training material not an info commercial for Aurora.
