  • Discover language patterns to make disciplinary conversations easier.
  • Learn how to keep records and notes so that you can hold people accountable.

The powerpoint wasn't helpful. Doesn't have enough information on it for me to be able to refer back to it for sufficient information. Also, presenter gave great specific examples of extrinsic rewards, but the intrinsic rewards (the rewards she said are more essential) felt very broad and hypothetical. I was expecting to see data, real life examples, and more.

This was a fantastic training! Very well put together and even though it was virtual and we were muted, it was almost like the presenter knew what questions we were going to answer and provided insight before we needed to ask. I highly suggest this training to ALL managers - no matter how long they have been a manager! This reminded me that going back to the basics is essential. Often we get so busy with daily activities that we need to remember the basics. I was impressed! The handout should have sections to write notes next to each slide for Start, Stop, and Continue.

It is always better to have presenter on camera, in my opinion. Otherwise there were some very useful tools for me as a person about to make a move from team member to team leader.
