The presenter went way too fast, it was obvious that she knew where everything was but didn't allow for us to acclimate where she was. She also spoke too fast. We didn't know that we needed Office 365 to use the functions, which I don't have. Bummer of a class!

I left the training after about 5-10 minutes. The instructor was not sharing the correct screen so we couldn't see anything she was doing. I sent two messages via the q&A box and used the "raise hand" option but neither worked to get her attention.

We felt that there was too much information given in a short period of time. It should be broken up into smaller sections for those of us who are new to this information so that we can retain what we learn and can get comfortable with it, before moving on to the next session.

Should state that this is primarily for Office 365, even though after looking through older version can locate certain items discussed. Do not have editor option.

I was very frustrated because the presenter shared the wrong screen and I could not get a message through to the organizer, staff, or presenter. In the end, it was said that 8 minutes were missed. But for me, it was 30 before I was able to see what was happening.

I ended up exiting the webinar due to the presenter's screen not updating as she gave the course instructions. Maybe I can catch a replay some time. I raised my hand sent several messages but by that time was so frustrated I didn't waste anymore of my time with it.
