First half of presentation was very basic information, the second half was more interesting with the mail merging. I felt it was more of a sales pitch with the "poll questions" which is always a turn-off.

Would prefer the presenter answer question as we go so you can keep up if you miss something. Could have used the excel file in the handouts to help with the training and practice after.
