The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world's largest HR professional society, representing over 340,000 members in more than 180 countries. SHRM offers two globally recognized credentials: the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) for operational HR practitioners and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) for strategic HR leaders.
