Before founding Oceans Coaching, Amanda spent more than two decades leading and shaping leadership, talent, and people strategy within national organizations, including CVS Health and Raising Cane’s. Her experience gives her an inside understanding of executive leadership and the relationships, enterprise priorities, and organizational dynamics that influence success.

Amanda is an ICF Master Certified Coach, the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation, Certified Systemic Team Coach, and Certified in Neuroscience for Business from MIT. She is also a Certified Master Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner, holds a master’s degree with a specialization in Change Management, and serves on the ICF Board.

Amanda partners with executives, physicians, and leadership teams to connect individual growth with the relationships, decisions, and organizational conditions that drive performance. Direct, compassionate, and deeply human, she brings strategic precision, systems thinking, and a calm confidence that encourages candor.

She helps leaders recognize patterns, broaden perspective, and create aligned movement during enterprise transformation, team realignment, and cultural change. The result is a coaching relationship that combines the credibility of an experienced executive with the discipline of a master coach.
