Connie Yang advises local, national, and international businesses on U.S. immigration compliance and employee mobility issues, including policies and strategic changes to existing programs in response to legal and other worldwide developments, including COVID-19.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Connie was an attorney at a global professional services network, where she teamed with clients to develop immigration programs supporting global mobility/human resources goals and oversaw a high volume of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions.
She has extensive experience on policies concerning the relocation of employees and hiring foreign workers (including H-1B, L-1s, E-3, EB-1C, PERM and I-140), and filing petitions and applications (including Extraordinary Ability, EB-5, O-1, Multinational Manager Green Cards, Marriage-based Green Cards, and Naturalization).
