Dayna is currently the Payroll Tax Manager at PetSmart Inc. Dayna has been heavily involved in the payroll field over 15 years. Starting as a payroll clerk at a small Tucson company, Dayna moved on to be a Payroll Team Leader at Honeywell Inc. During Dayna’s time at Honeywell she obtained her FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) through the American Payroll Association. She also received several merit awards for Customer Service and Acquisitions and Divestitures. Dayna is no stranger to teaching she has taught at the Metro Phoenix American Payroll Association meetings and at the Arizona State Payroll Conference. Topics including Payroll Basics, Global/Cultural Awareness, Immigration Basics for the Payroll Professional, Multi-State and Local Taxation and Quality Control for Payroll, international and Canadian payroll. Dayna has her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) through the APA. She also serves on the National American Payroll Association on the national Strategic Leadership Task Force, Government Affairs Task Force (PA Local tax subcommittee). Dayna has received a Citation of Merit for her service along with being a Gold Pin member of the APA. Besides her payroll accomplishments Dayna is certified in HR hiring and firing practices and is a Six-Sigma Greenbelt.

presenter could have skipped all the very long awkward pauses (that made me think I had lost audio) and completed this webinar in 30 minutes based on the lack of detail provided. I will not be attending any more Aurora sessions in the future. Thank you.

The speaker was poor --- repeated, took odd pauses (almost as if she was being coached), stated the obvious and must have said "ya know" on every other line..... no I don't know, that is why I was in attendance. Felt like 15 minutes of material was stretched for the hour ..... very disappointed. This was my 1st webinar with Aurora, I really hope future ones are better. The big take away was hire an outside party, if that is the case, why do I need the webinar??

I'll be honest... the presenter was a bit monotoned and I had a hard time following her in conjunction with what I was expecting based on the overview initially sent out. This review does not mean the presenter was not helpful or resourceful... just not what I expected.

During the presentation, the presenter stopped several times as though reading something or was distracted. While the presentation was very helpful, this had me wondering several times if I was having a connection issue or something else was wrong. I would also have liked to ask questions verbally during the presentation.

Dayna seemed distracted and would stop mid sentence or not finish her sentence. We could also hear her typing like she was answering emails/IMs. It was distracting.

The class started a few minutes late causing a little bit of rush in the end. The presenter was good, but read out most of the slides instead of discussing and engaging the attendees
