She is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships to drive measurable value for employers through innovative workforce risk and wellness solutions.
At Alloy, Jena spearheaded the development and launch of Total Risk Shield, an integrated model that brings together workers’ compensation strategy, preventative health programs, and employee wellness initiatives into one unified approach designed to protect people, strengthen operational performance, and improve financial outcomes for employers.
Jena works closely with employers, executives, and industry partners to help organizations rethink how workforce health, risk management, and financial performance intersect. Her work focuses on helping companies move from a reactive approach to workplace injuries and health costs toward a proactive strategy that improves employee wellbeing while reducing long term financial exposure.
Through Alloy’s partnership with Oaceus, Jena has helped introduce preventative health solutions that enable employers to identify health risks earlier, improve employee engagement, and create healthier, more productive workforces.
In addition to her professional leadership, Jena also participates in the program personally and brings a unique perspective on the value of preventative health both as a business leader and as an individual participant.
Jena brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources leadership as both a senior executive and former business owner. Her background gives her a practical understanding of the challenges employers face when balancing workforce wellbeing, compliance, and financial performance. She draws on that experience to help organizations implement preventative health strategies that strengthen employee outcomes while delivering measurable business value.
