Human Resources Website LinkedinDr. Jennifer Dall, Ed.D., is an ADHD specialist, educator, author, and coach known for her Subtle Shift – Big Impact framework—practical, sustainable strategies that help ADHD brains gain clarity, structure, and confidence. With more than 25 years of experience working with students and adults with ADHD +1, she combines deep educational expertise with real-world, lived experience to help clients build systems that actually stick.
Jennifer’s professional background spans special education, counseling, and educational psychology. She holds advanced degrees in counseling and special education and earned her doctorate from the University of Southern California in Educational Psychology. She is a certified ADHD coach (Focused and JST), a certified yoga instructor, and Grief Educator — reflecting her whole-person approach.
Her work is informed by her own journey: a late ADHD diagnosis alongside trauma, grief, and a traumatic brain injury in recent years. This perspective shapes a coaching and teaching style that is compassionate, strengths-based, and ruthlessly practical. Clients learn to microfocus on one meaningful goal, identify what’s working and what’s not, and implement small, high-leverage shifts that deliver outsized impact.
Through ADHD Holistically, Jennifer offers short-term, solution-focused coaching, ADHD +1 strengths and needs audits, body-doubling sessions, custom workshops for groups and organizations, and a library of resources and books. Her clients—especially women and late-diagnosed adults—leave with clear next steps, ADHD-friendly systems, and tools for organization, emotional regulation, and resilience.
