Jimmie Gonzalez Jr.

Jimmie Gonzalez Jr. is the founder of Gonzalez Leadership Lab, where he helps organizations build the leadership capacity required to perform through growth, change, and technology adoption. He brings more than 20 years of experience across learning, talent, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership, along with 25 years of facilitation experience. His career includes leadership and capability-building work at Sears, VHB, and Atwell.

Jimmie has designed leadership programs, built enterprise learning ecosystems, led train-the-trainer workshops, and developed onboarding for systems, software, and business processes. His practical, HR-centered approach helps leaders and managers strengthen trust, communication, accountability, and the day-to-day capabilities that turn organizational priorities into consistent action.

He is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, Crucial Learning SDI Facilitator and Coach, and John Maxwell Leadership Coach and Trainer. Jimmie is known for making complex workplace challenges clear, relevant, and immediately useful for the people responsible for leading through them.
