Webinar was sold as "focus on scent, allergy issues and common problems that arise related to these under the Americans with Disabilities Act". This specific topic was shoehorned into the last 5 minutes of the presentation, was glossed over, and was barely discussed. The first half of the presentation was spent discussing the basics of FMLA (not even mentioned in the webinar description/agenda) and then another 20 minutes was spent on ADA basics. Webinar was sold on being about a specific topic that was barely discussed in lieu of generic information about laws. Highly disappointing.

The title suggested the session would be about fragrance but I felt it was more about FMLA and ADA and only touched on the fragrance issue towards the end.

I believe this program was mis-advertised. Was under the impression that would be a more comprehensive overview of handling scent specific accommodations. Instead it was a general overview of the basics of FMLA and ADA, only the final 3 minutes were used on scent spefics
