If I knew this was an hour-and-a-half long motivational speech being read from a script, I probably wouldn't have asked my agency to expend $199 on it.

this valuable information was presented in a single four hour block, while the support materials here extremely helpful, the ability to retain this extensive material post training is proving to be a challenge, more in-depth reference and follow on reading material would be very helpful.

The technology was awful and detracted from the entire webinar. The presenter couldn't see the chat when she was asking group questions, and her slide deck kept flip flopping. It was difficult to follow along and the information was generic. I ended up leaving early because it was a waste of time.

It seemed that the presenter didn't have a grasp on the topic, there were no take-aways, except for taking your work home with you. In fact she used nearly every cliché possible, without backing it up with any sort of real life adaptation. I would have left 20 minutes into the session, but thought "this can't be it, the content must be coming". This is a very important topic and unfortunately the presenter didn't take it seriously and provided no helpful content. Bummer!
