The power point presentation was filled with spelling errors, pictures covered up the content, the same information was said multiple times, and no useful guidelines were given for creating an AP manual. I would have appreciated some of the key IRS and 1099 requirements so that we can create procedures for them. Also, it would have been better to highlight what AP best practices actually are.

The use of "oh my God" through out the presentation was unprofessional. The presenter pretty much read the slides so not really much added value to listening.
