I honestly don't remember any objectives being stated. The presenter was at times borderline unprofessional in comments and examples. The PowerPoint presentation had errors and was very basic (unprofessional). The content was not well organized, and some topics (First Aid) were lost in the presentation and should really be a stand-alone webinar.I would not recommend this webinar.

I really appreciate this webinar being offered. Unfortunately, it seems it's a matter of when, not if this happens to all of us at some point. The presenter was knowledgeable and to the point and didn't overload the audience with too much information.

Good training, but maybe allow a bit more time. It was lean on the real reason I chose the webinar. The last 1/2 was a bit rushed and really contained the subject material I needed. But it was helpful.
