I was surprised at how poorly this webinar was presented, considering the credentials of the speaker and the topic. I haven't attended a straight PowerPoint presentation in a long time, and thought the graphics weren't professional and I didn't learn anything new from the speaker. I would have enjoyed seeing her speak while presenting and also having the Chat window available for all to see. My teammate and I were both disappointed.

Enjoyed the session and could relate well in regards to past items/programs the presenter discussed. Nice to have someone around the same age group understand how things were 30 years ago as an Admin and how to adjust with modern times. Too often webinars are conducted by the 20 something group and lack the knowledge to instruct us "seasoned" workers as they did not have to go thru the transition.
