I enjoyed the course very much which helped me to identify areas for improvement both professionally and personally. I think the term Leadership could have been defined better in terms for admins who don't manage staff. But overall very enlightening.

I thought the program was great. I can't say I learned anything "new" however the way the speaker materialized and broke down critical components it enabled me to look internally to see what I could do to be better and for that I am thankful.
