Not what I expected. Presenter didn't have an engaging delivery. Left the webinar early.

I would have appreciated more examples instead of the presenter READING the slides to us w/o much inflection. The information was great. The presentation was not.

This presentation seemed VERY outdated for HR Metrics. The examples he used (i.e. the CEO asks you a question) were very outdated. Having just reviewed OKRs from Google, I was expecting a much more relevant presentation.

The presenter sounded a bit drunk with slurred speaking. I am assuming I was mistaken. Other than that, the material was very good.

Presented read the slides almost verbatim. I expect Aurora to have seasoned and experienced presenters. Speaker not of the caliber that I've experienced in attending other sessions.

"The presenter was a little monotone. I went into the presentation thinking I might get more of an outline to follow for annual compliance, but overall it was useful information. I liked the ways the presenter recommended showing HR's value like an income statement and examples to monetize the value of HR metrics to show ROI"
