Sabrina Delliquadri is the Founder and CEO of Oaceus — pronounced “Oasis” — a company born from conviction, compassion, and a relentless commitment to doing benefits differently.

She did not create the Oaceus 360° Preventative Health Program (PHP) to follow industry trends. She created it because she saw a system that was reactive instead of proactive, expensive instead of empowering, and complicated instead of compassionate. For years, Sabrina worked closely with employers and employees who were doing everything right — showing up early, working late, carrying the weight of their families — yet still struggling to access meaningful healthcare. She witnessed employees ration prescriptions, delay mental health support, skip preventative screenings, and silently battle chronic conditions because cost and complexity stood in the way.

That reality became her catalyst.

The Oaceus 360° PHP was built to shift healthcare from crisis response to prevention and personal ownership. Sabrina envisioned a program where employees could put their health back in their own hands — with real access to care, real financial security, and real support — without sacrificing their take-home pay. She designed a thoughtfully structured, compliant, prevention-focused model that integrates medical services, wellness engagement, and financial protection in one seamless ecosystem.

Under her leadership, Oaceus developed a carefully engineered plan that promotes healthy outcomes while mitigating health-related risks in the workplace. The program encourages early detection through comprehensive preventive care, provides immediate access to virtual primary and urgent care, expands mental health access, supports medical weight loss and chronic condition management, and bundles these services with guaranteed-issue life insurance to create a deeper layer of financial confidence for families.

But Sabrina didn’t stop at benefits design.

She recognized that even the most powerful plan fails if administration is clunky or burdensome. So, she built proprietary technology to support it — a system designed to integrate with payroll, simplify compliance, streamline enrollment, and create a frictionless onboarding experience. The result is a smooth adoption process for employers and an intuitive, supportive experience for employees. Behind the scenes, intelligent analytics measure participation, engagement, and impact — ensuring the plan works not just in theory, but in real life.

This is what Sabrina calls The Oaceus Effect.

When employees have accessible care, financial security, and proactive health tools, the ripple effects are measurable: lower absenteeism, reduced presenteeism, improved morale, stronger retention, and healthier workplace cultures. Employers see reduced risk of exposure and improved productivity. Employees feel valued, protected, and supported — not just as workers, but as human beings.

At its core, Oaceus is mission driven. Sabrina founded it on the belief that healthcare should break barriers, not build them. That prevention should be accessible, not aspirational. And that businesses can care deeply about their workforce while operating responsibly and compliantly within the law.

Her vision is bold yet personal: improve health outcomes one employee at a time, restore dignity and access in healthcare, and transform benefits from a line item expense into a life-changing resource.

Through Oaceus, Sabrina Delliquadri is not simply offering another employee benefit.

She is building a movement — one where employees are informed, empowered, and truly in control of their health outcomes.
