"The webinar was too broad and spent too much time talking about various states and there special statues. I held a webinar in our office for 8 employees and ended up excusing them so they could spend time better elsewhere."

"The training should be more vibrant. It's important to now your audience and gear your presentation to the audience. Perhaps hold different sessions for various states. If the presenter is from Michigan, why are we so heavily discussing California. Also, there should be a FAQs sheet for to cover some commons questions and referring back to taking another class although is good for business, but bad in a sense because it's important to provide resources. When you are helpful and explain things in great deal, i.e. customer service, then more customers will come back and share how good the trainer/company is. Also, it is a good idea for the presenter to use their mouse during the session to make the presentation to appear to be more interactive."

"I was looking for more on sales tax - not 1099 state tax? Looking for guidance on how to handle new Wayfair ruling and make sure we stay in compliance with each states guidelines and requirements."
