This was a professional and worthwhile program. I would have liked less pauses for survey questions. Definitely worth the cost.

Expanding the W-9 portion of the discussion would be helpful, as would allowing more time for questions. There were a few instances the information presented seemed to contradict a prior statement. As for the survey, it would be helpful to have more answer choices; i.e., there was no prerequisite, so I selected 'no' because a 'not applicable' selection was not available. The not satisfied/dissatisfied responses were mostly because my expectations were not met, though the information was somewhat useful.
