There was too much time spent on the IRS in the beginning of the presentation. Would have liked more info on the 1099 Forms, seen what the forms look like, more about corp vs llc vs sole proprieter entities

The presentation seemed a bit rushed. I feel that there could have been more detail in the handout when distinguishing 1099-NEC vs 1099-MISCsuich as prizes and awards.

if IRS is implementing changes, to have demos on how to create/change TCC codes in the new IRS online system or demos in different forms according to different scenarios

I only have one suggestion. If a seminar is going to be almost two hours a long, a short break after an hour would be nice. If only to return a quick phone call or respond to an email. Other than that, I have no issues or concerns with this presentation. Thank you.
