There are so many subjects that presenter touched upon, it would be great if there were more time to give a complete training from beginning to end instead of having a separate training for each of the items.

It is a whole lot of content at one time. I was overwhelmed not because of the presenter but because of the things we need to learn and processes that need to be put into place at our office.
