Came off as knowledgeable but the slides and material presented extremely unorganized. Biggest example is the constant "Oh speaking of state ABC, they passed a threshold of XYZ" constantly sprinkled in the presentation. Do a slide on thresholds and then just move on to other items was my thought. The presenter had great knowledge of current but was just constantly pushing information in a disorganized chaotic fashion like they could not organize their thoughts. I do not think there was a lot of preparation or thought given to the layout of the topics flow and I would not like to hear from this presenter again.
