I would have liked more information about what actions HR should take or recommend to leaders when employees violate HIPAA. More relevant information about the practical applications of HIPAA in the healthcare workplace as it relates to human resources.

I was not aware of any prerequisites for this webinar. I thought the presenter was very hard to hear and understand. I was not totally satisfied with this webinar.

Generally, employers with fully insured health plans and self-insured FSA plans get igored in HIPAA webinars. Ms. George did mention this scenario with a couple of remarks, but not sufficient detail to accommodate what I believe is probably a significant portion of the audience.

The information was valuable and interesting but the presenter did not deliver the material in an interesting way. Her monotone voice made it boring.
