With over 35 years of hands-on experience in all facets of payroll functions as well as over 20 years as a trainer and author, Ms. Lambert has become the most sought-after and respected voice in the practice and management of payroll issues. A pioneer in electronic and online education, Ms. Lambert produces and presents payroll related audio seminars, webinars and webcasts for clients, APA chapters and business groups throughout the country. Ms. Lambert is an adjunct faculty member at Brandman University in Southern California and is the creator of and instructor for their Practical Payroll Online program, which is approved for recertification hours by the APA. The content was very confusing and felt rushed for the time allotted. This is a big topic, but I wish the presenter would have made it more interactive and answered questions throughout the presentation instead of at the very end when some questions weren't relevant or timely anymore. It was also very distracting when she launched the polls while still talking about a topic and the poll had nothing to do with that topic and wasn't explained at all. It was difficult to stay on task when that occurred because the poll took up the whole screen and she was still talking about something on one of the slides or had moved to a different slide. There seemed to be some slides/topics that she said 2 words about and then quickly moved on without giving any chance for the viewer to understand. For the amount that we paid for this seminar I am extremely dissatisfied with the content and structure of what was presented.

Presenter is very knowledgeable, but she talks too fast that sometimes it is hard to catch up while at the same time reading the slides. I think she should slow down so we can absorb what was said. I think allotted time is not enough as this is a very complicated subject to discuss.
