Whether you have just hired a new manager or promoted a team member, HR should be able to help guide them to be successful by creating a 30-60-90-day plan. While the plan needs to focus on all strategic partnerships that the new manager will work with, it is vital for effective employee engagement and retention to focus on individual employees.

Learning Objectives Covered During This Session:

1.     Doing your homework. 

a.     Learn about the company culture and about individuals on your team and others you will be working with.

2.     Clarifying expectations

a.     Clarifying each team members expectations and get yours clarified too.

3.     Creating transparent milestones.

a.     Develop individual milestones (including your own) and regularly providing/ requesting feedback.
