It is important to know that the EEOC recently published guidance to help employers navigate compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) while using AI in the workplace. The DOJ also posted its own guidance regarding AI-related disability discrimination. Additionally, at least sixteen states have introduced bills or resolutions relating to AI in the workplace.
