IMO, the first speaker didn't not start talking about technical information until 25 minutes into the presentation. I was hoping for more specifics I could put into practice, but it was more of a general overview.

I would've liked to hear actionable examples of how to complete some of the steps. This felt so high-level that it was more about awareness than action, and I felt I would've come away with steps to improve our ESG and not just things to be aware of that are happening in the process. He spoke a good amount about risk registers and it would've been helpful to include specific examples from actual companies about how they evaluate risk on the ESG front.
