I think many companies should allow these types of training. Yesterday I had the opportunity to speak with an employee whose poor attendance has led to a final warning.After talking to him I asked him if he wanted / or if he had something he would like to talk about. he expressed himself to me and confidentially confessed that he needs assistance. Human value is something that should not be lost, as long as labor/company laws are complied with.
