Excellent information. This presenter is one of the better ones in that she offers useful information. Unfortunately, some presentations come across as more of an advertisement in that they do not give you any actionable information. This was different.

Honestly, I am quote disappointed in the discussion more focused around preventing active shooter incidents by developing better relationships with employees,etc. Maybe it was my own misinterpretation but I thought it would be more focused on what to look for and things to think of or be aware of in handling a active situation.
