The presenter was fantastic. I am now going to have to check out her book. And I love how she practiced what she taught by providing all of us "access" to her for near future questions and resources. An hour and half always pushes my attention span BUT, it is necessary for topics such as this for good information. It could just be my personality and where I am on the DISC wheel LOL, or not exactly knowing what to expect from the class but I was hoping I could take away tools such as maybe communication skills to practice for our managers!
