This course was misnamed. I was seeking a cash management course. This should be called "Credit management for AR". It only mentioned a few cash mgt tools and collection basics.

I loved how he kept the topic moving with hands on definitions, models and examples. He was very good in his explanations of each topic. The two hours flew by.

I was expecting a higher level of ratio analysis mainly because the description of the course was not clear about that the course was mainly for loan officers and not for analysts.
